Some of you may know or guess that the event series LE FLAH takes its name from the rather popular and well known song Leflaur Leflah Eshkoshka by Heltah Skeltah / Fab 5. This song and its sample source – Catalyst’s Uzuri – are always played at the event LE FLAH right after the act finished the live set – our own little tradition.
Preparing for LE FLAH’s 10th edition, the small-scale festival LE FLAH FEST, we asked all the fest’s acts as well as all acts from the previous 9 editions to compose a beat out of the same sample source, Catalyst’s Uzuri – this is one of the resulting beats.

Seit 1999 aktiv hinter den Turntables, produziert der Ostschweizer Plattenkratzer seit einigen Jahren auch eigene Beats. Dabei experimentiert er in seinem Labor mit Samples und Synths, die er zu smoothen instrumental arrangements bis hin zu rohen BoomBap Brettern verschmelzen lässt.
